This course aims to provide skills and knowledge on the concept of pharmacology, which is related to the effects of drugs on the human body. Topics covered in the module include but are not limited to, substance interaction, principle of substance response, principle of neuropharmacology, central nervous system; cardiovascular system; endocrine system; drug toxins; drug metabolism; absorption, distribution and elimination of drugs in the system, and drug and alcohol dependence.
