This course trains students in the implementation of projects or activities related to the arts. Students will be introduced to various aspects of leadership, personnel management, financial management, promotion, and sponsorship. The course also provides students with practical skills in preparing well-structured and professionally presented project proposals, conducting meetings, understanding protocol, and delivering effective project proposal presentations.
