The Family Medicine and Departmental Health Programme (FMDHP) 2026/2027 provides students with an integrated learning experience in family medicine, primary care, and community-oriented healthcare.
This iTEL platform serves as the central learning hub for the course, providing access to course materials, lecture notes, clinical learning resources, schedules, announcements, assignments, assessments, and other relevant academic information.
Throughout the course, students will develop knowledge and skills in the comprehensive, continuous, coordinated, and patient-centred care of individuals and families across different stages of life. Emphasis is placed on clinical reasoning, preventive care, health promotion, communication, teamwork, and the application of evidence-based practice within the primary care setting.
Students are encouraged to actively participate in all learning activities, engage with the resources provided, and regularly check the iTEL page for course updates throughout the 2026/2027 academic session.
