This module will introduce to master students the basics and principles of management as an important tool to achieve the objectives of an organization including health organizations such as hospitals and health offices. Throughout the course, the student will be exposed to important elements in health management such as management theory, management function, planning process, human resources management, financial management, organizational behaviour and strategic planning.
