Concern and risk associated with the use of various food ingredients as related to the diet nutrition and health.
This course provides an understanding on halal and haram concepts, principles of halal food and the importance of halal products and services. To expose students on standards and requirements for halal food production and halal certification. The course covers halal food industry development, halal food ingredients, halal food processing, halal assurance system and contemporary issues in halal food production. Equipped students with knowledge to implement identification of halal risk and best practices for halal food manufacturing.
This course covers topics such as motion, laws of motion, energy, momentum, rotational dynamics, solid and fluid mechanics, thermal physics, laws of thermodynamics, and vibration and waves. Through problem-solving and mathematical equations, students gain an understanding of the fundamental principles that govern the behavior of the physical world.
