Sufism is introduced in the course along with its definition, application, and sources. It also discusses the relationship that exists between sufism and ethics as well as how it helps to create human capital. It addresses how religion and ethics relate to the idea of good and evil. According to Muslim scholars, it suggests a module for soul cleansing (tazkiyyah al-nafs) and ethical education based on the sufi tradition. It also analyzes a few moral principles related to the growth of human capital.
This course is intended to integrate related theories with real-world applications, as well as to provide the fundamental knowledge that serves as a cohesive map for strategic management. It focuses on how businesses develop, implement, and assess strategies, as well as other aspects of emerging national and international trends that have a significant impact on organisational survival and success. The aim is that you will be able to use all of the knowledge from previous courses, as well as strategic management strategies covered in this course, to chart the direction of firms in case studies. Strategic Management and Business Policy (GT30003) often known as the "capstone course," is one of your last courses. This topic allows you to demonstrate your accomplishments (what you learnt) such as time management, teamwork, communication, content-related application, and so on) during the course of your three years of study. There will be significant assignments to do, among other things, which will all require your attention, effort, and perseverance.
