The need for full potential and evident based practice of medicine, knowledge of at least Clinical Epidemiology is required. Clinicians or doctors makes countless decisions daily in terms of reaching the diagnosis, planning the investigations, managing the patients’ treatment and explaining the prognosis to the patients and their families. It makes only sense that they should equipped themselves with the approach of evidence based scientific approach especially the amount of vast information available not only confined to textbooks or journal papers or articles, but on what also available in the mass media be in the internet, newspapers, magazines and lots of testimonies by common people. To safeguard our profession and ever-changing and fast forward progress of researches, it is only right that patients benefit the most effective and updated clinical management by doctors and medical practitioners.
