This course focus on skills required for knowled on swimmingm theory and practocal practices and performances. Emphasis is placed on technique in swimming, physical warm up and water immersion, free style posture technique, divingg technique and breast stroke technique.

This course introduces students to the theory and practice of basic navigation and seamanship, essential knowledge for seafarers. It is structured into four sections:-
1)Ship Knowledge and Safety
2) Seamanship,
3) Ship Organization
4) Ship Handling and Basic Navigation.

Each section covers distinct aspects of maritime skills and knowledge necessary for safe and efficient operations at sea.
